The College of New Jersey is a very special community comprised of extraordinary students, faculty and staff. Our mission is to be a “national exemplar in the education of those who seek to sustain and advance the communities in which they live.”  Please take the time to peruse our website and learn more about how we are realizing this mission. The members of our community are engaged in ground breaking research, extensive community engaged learning and an exciting campus life. We are proud of our long, distinguished history as an institution which has produced outstanding educators for almost 160 years. Today, our students pursue academic programs in a wide range of disciplines, organized into seven schools with exceptional caliber.

Student and faculty engagement extends beyond the classrooms and laboratories, across the campus and into the local and global community. Our nationally recognized community engaged learning programs involve students in communities across New Jersey and the world. Our Division of Student Affairs provides for a wide variety of engaging and meaningful opportunities including athletics and recreation, student organizations, career development and wellness activities.

While exploring the information on our webpage will reveal even more exciting evidence of what a TCNJ experience has the offer, I strongly encourage you to visit our campus. Walking across our campus filled with state of the art, Georgian-Colonial facilities, you will experience the excitement and energy of our students, faculty and staff. Finally, I invite you to view my annual report to see more about how the College is realizing its mission. Thank you for taking the time to explore TCNJ, I hope to greet you on the campus very soon!
